Admin History/Bio
The Men's Service Group's Honour Roll publication was first issued in 1964 and continues to be published annually. It was primarily conceived of as a fundraising project to raise funds for equipment and research at Baycrest. Individuals and organizations that give donations are honoured in the publication. The Honour Roll also acts as a public relations tool, informing the public about the activities and new developments at Baycrest. As such, it contains articles describing the programs, events, recipients of the "Man of the Year" award, and other important individuals and initiatives at Baycrest.
Scope and Content
Sub-series consists of textual records documenting the MSG's planning, fundraising, and publication of the Honour Roll. Included are meeting notices and minutes, reports, correspondence, an invitation, a photograph, and issues of the Honour Roll.

Scope and Content
Accession consists of two photographs of the donor's daughter, Aurelia Mitgang making challah with her father, Ross Mitgang while at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. The following information was priovided by the donor:
My 2-year-old daughter Aurelia is in the Pre-Nursery class at Torah Tots. Every Friday, her teachers give the kids pieces of challah dough to "roll...tap...pull" the challah. This was the frst Friday after the COVID shutdowns started. I decided to provide a semblance of normalcy to my daughter's routine, and we made challah dough from scratch. When the challah was ready to be shaped, I sang the "Roll the Challah" song that she does at daycare. My daughter then put the challah toppings on with my husband, Ross.

The Stashover Young Men's Mutual Benefit Society regularly donated to the Honour Roll. They were also referred to as the Stashiver Young Men's Mutual Benefit Society.
Scope and Content
File consists of a photograph of the Stashover Young Men's Society presenting a cheque to the Men's Service Group for the Honour Roll. Identified in the photograph is (left to right): William Rosengarten (Treasurer of the Stashover Young Men's Society and Chairman of the MSG Honour Roll), Gordon Mendly, Issie Brown (President of the Stashover Young Men's Society), Mrs. G. Katz (Chairlady of the Ladies' Auxiliary), and M. Koffman (Vice-President of the Stashover Young Men's Society).
Notes
A note accompanying the photograph stated that the Stashover Society was "the first ones to give money", which suggests this may have been the first donation to the Honour Roll that year, or that the Society was the first to ever make a donation to the Honour Roll.
