File consists of photographs documenting Phil and Min Givens' trip to Israel in 1965. Included are images of Phil and Min Givens at an air show in Tel-Aviv, visiting Mayor M. Namir at the City Hall in Tel-Aviv-Yafo, visiting the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with Eddie Gelber and visiting with Israeli President Zalmon Shazar. The photographs of the visit with President Shazar were originally given to Phil and Min Givens in an album by the Keren Hayesod United Israel Appeal as a momento of their trip.

Scope and Content
Series consists of the records of sixty-nine Quebec synagogues, fifty-nine of them in Montreal. The records include black and white Polaroid prints of the exterior and interior of synagogues and 35 mm colour slides of the same. Series also contains forms filled out for each synagogue for the Canadian Inventory of Historic Buildings. These forms detail the buildings' architectural details such as size, shape, construction, windows, doors, trim, stairs, etc. Series includes one audio cassette from Temple Emanu-el in Montreal, containing a recorded interview with Rabbi Stern.
The series is arranged alphabetically by city, then synagogue.

Born in Odessa, Vladimir Jabotinsky (1880-1940) was a Zionist leader notable for founding the Revionist movement within Zionism. In 1926, he travelled to Canada under the sponsorship of the Hebrew Veterans Association.
Scope and Content
File consists of a contract between Hector Duthisac of Montreal and the Hebrew Veterans Association, Toronto. Duthisac was the manager for the Canadian tour of Vladimir Jabotinsky. The contract details the financial and logisitcal responsibilities of both parties for a lecture to be delivered on February 11, 1926 by Jabotinsky on his visit to Toronto.
