Sarah Levine (née Cass) had an elder sister named Fayge “Fanny” Cass (1861-1942). Fayge married a Mr. Sax and lived in the United States. They had a son named Morris (d.1947?) and also had a daughter, possibly named Eva.
Scope and Content
Series consists of photographs of members of the Sax family taken in Toronto and the United States.
Item consists of a photograph of what may be Michael Levine's children, Martha, Rachael, Harry, Fanny, and Mary. A note has been included with the original description of this photo that in the front row, on the left is Mrs. Rae Rose of Hamilton and next to her is Mrs. Mary Ginsberg who lived at 2500 Bathurst Street in Toronto.
