The file consists of photographs taken at the art exhibition held during the 38th national convention in Toronto. Mr. Dov Safrai, director of the Safrai Art Gallery of Jerusalem supervised the exhibition of art that featured artists such as Yitzhak Pugatch, Yona Mach, Yossi Stern, Ruth Schloss, Isadore Ashhiem and Abraham Goldberg.

The Harry Collins Scholarship was created in 1968 by his widow to enable a young Zionist from Ontario to spend a full year of study in Jerusalem at the Machon - Institute for Jewish Youth Leadership from Abroad The scholarship was avialable to Young Judaeans until 1974 and was administered by the Charitable Fund of the Zionist Organization of Canada.
