Scope and Content
Accession consists of records related to the legal operations and activities of UJA Federation of Greater Toronto during the 1990s and the 2000s. Records relate to a number of key events and institutions, including the legal reorganization of UJA Federation. There is no discernable order to the way in which the files have been arranged in the box. Each file is labelled with the title of the agency, organization or event to which it pertains. The files largely consist of correspondence and legal documents but they also contain reports, trial transcripts, financial records and a few DVDs titled: Rally For Sderot, Stand with Israel - UJA Israel Emergency campaign 2007, Israel Emergency Campaign Launch 2007, Hezbollah Terror Conflict, Rally for Truth, Light & Freedom, The Big Ideas Forum, Remembering Israel's MIA's Nov. 21/07, and Antisemitism in Canada.

Scope and Content
Accession consists of three photographs of the exterior of the Lipa Green Building from the parking lot, and two photographs of the Lipa Green Building at the Bathurst Street entrance. A Nazi ensignia and the words PLO IRAQ and PLO have been spraypainted on the exterior brick. The photos of the Bathurst Street entrance were taken on 21 Jan. 1991.

Accession consists of textual material documenting the governance and activities of the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto. Included are records of the Board of Directors, Board of Trustees, the Investment Committee and the Bequest and Endowment Fund as well as other material relating to Israel @ 50, Mission '98, Mission 3000, the Tomorrow Campaign, and Jewish Education. Records include meeting agendas and minutes, annual budgets for UJA Federation, AGM invitations, AGM programs, UJA Federation annual reports, by-laws, constitutions, manuals, flyers, travel itineraties, reports on Jewish education and reports relating to the Lebovic Campus and BJCC Tomorrow Campaign projects. Of note is a 1975 UJWF study on Jewish Education.

Accession consists of textual records documenting the fundraising and planning activities for the Reena Community Residence on the Joseph and Wolf Lebovic Jewish Community Campus. Records include meeting minutes, marketing materials, correspondence, event invitations and a grant application submitted to the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation. Also included are records documenting the opening ceremonies for the residence, including invitations, newspaper clippings, and programs. Finally, accession includes one Israeli stamp that was issued to celebrate 25 years of UJA in 1962.

Accession consists of material from the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto executive committee regarding meetings and retreats, an annual report from 2006/2007, and a budget report from 2007/2008. Accession also consists of other brochures and folders containing information related to the Jewish Toronto Tomorrow campaign, including information about the Downtown Jewish Day School, a "live generously" brochure, a brochure from the 2008 Words & Deeds leadership award dinner, and "York Region campus conceptual master plan" from 2008. Also included is an organization plan for 750 Spadina Avenue from 1997, proposed architectural drawings for Sherman campus from December 2011, as well as a report presented to the Canadian Council for Israel and Jewish advocacy in 2006.

Accession consists of material related to UJA of Greater Toronto's campaign, including canvassing training manuals 2011-2013, a document from 1999 regarding donor consultation explaining cases for giving, campaign information 2000/2001, 2003-2006, 2009, as well as "Vision 2001" and "A new vision 2009-2014 strategic plan" materials. Accession also contains the Jewish Toronto annual report 2010/2011, JIAS Toronto and National financial statements from 1999, a UJA Federation community report 2001-2002, minutes and memos from campaign meetings, including that of the executive committee meetings from 1996 and January 1997. As well, the accession contains material relating to Canada Israel Experience, with Birthright information from 2000, and the related CEO reports from 2004 and 2008. There is also a Lebovic campus brochure from 2012, a JF&CS report dated January 2001, and materials related to the Jewish Poverty Action Group, 2007, the poverty initiative, 2003, and a strategy to combat poverty, 2008, as well as material related to the "Hope for tomorrow symposium" from 2003.
