The Public Relations Committee was responsible for producing the Men's Service Group's publicity material and publications. It later seems to have joined with the Program Committee to form the Program and Public Relations Committee. The primary function of this joint committee was to plan the annual dinner meetings.
File consists of one promotional photograph of Min Givens and Vicky Altey admiring a sculpture for a Brill's Interior advertisement. The advertisement was used for a Toronto Symphony Orchestra fundraising supplement.

Scope and Content
File consists of two copies of a promotional video about Toronto's New City Hall featuring Phil Givens. Filmed in a documentary style, the film offers an historical overview of City Hall since the founding of Toronto, an interview with Nathan Phillips, a tour of the interior of New City Hall and a look at Toronto's changing infrastructure.
Film was produced by Tony Snowsill and Executive Producer Al Gilbert.

Included are various writings intended for publication in the Bacycrest newsletter as well as written histories of the Auxiliary. Also included are several newsclippings on Dora Till and her role with the Women's Auxiliary.
