- Accession consists of material related to UJA of Greater Toronto's campaign, including canvassing training manuals 2011-2013, a document from 1999 regarding donor consultation explaining cases for giving, campaign information 2000/2001, 2003-2006, 2009, as well as "Vision 2001" and "A new vision 2009-2014 strategic plan" materials. Accession also contains the Jewish Toronto annual report 2010/2011, JIAS Toronto and National financial statements from 1999, a UJA Federation community report 2001-2002, minutes and memos from campaign meetings, including that of the executive committee meetings from 1996 and January 1997. As well, the accession contains material relating to Canada Israel Experience, with Birthright information from 2000, and the related CEO reports from 2004 and 2008. There is also a Lebovic campus brochure from 2012, a JF&CS report dated January 2001, and materials related to the Jewish Poverty Action Group, 2007, the poverty initiative, 2003, and a strategy to combat poverty, 2008, as well as material related to the "Hope for tomorrow symposium" from 2003.

- Records came to the Archives via Ed Segalowitz, Director of Special Projects with the Centre for Jewish Education, UJA Federation of Greater Toronto.

- UJA Federation meeting minutes and general correspondence are closed for 10 years from date of creation. Contracts and donor agreements are permanently closed.
