- The Jewish Hospice program is a joint program of the Jewish Family and Child Service, Mount Sinai Hospital, Senior Care, and Baycrest Centre. It provides home-centered care for Jewish individuals with life-threatening illnesses and their families. Social workers, doctors, a chaplain and volunteers visit participants at home to provide counseling, assist with daily living, and provide companionship. This program is funded by the Jewish Federation of Greater Toronto and no fees are charged.
