- Skip (Scuyler) Sigel Q.C. is a senior Client Partner in Korn/Ferry International’s Toronto office, and is a member of the Firm’s Global Industrial and Technology Markets. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, he served as senior vice president and general counsel to Commercial Alcohols, Inc., Canada’s largest producer of fuel ethanol and industrial and beverage grade alcohol. Before this, Skip was a senior partner with Baker & McKenzie, the world’s largest international law firm and co-founded its Toronto office.
- Skip has lectured extensively at the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto, and at the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association. He is a member of the International Advisory Board of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an executive professor in residence at the Schulich School of Business at York University and a lecturer in International Strategic Planning in the School’s IMBA Program.
- Skip holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto. He was called to the bar in 1963 and was appointed to the Queen's counsel in 1979.
