- File consists of documents certifying that John Glass as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario who previously served in the military, is appointed an official representative of the province with travel expenses paid. There is material pertaining to events in London prior to crossing to France, including a guide book for the city; itinerary for events; and an invitation to a reception in the garden of Buckingham Palace. There are also postcards from the Cunard White Star ship Ascania, on which Glass was a passenger, and from the Vimy monument. As well there is a schedule of pilgrimage events in France and a guidebook for the pilgrimage to Vimy for the dedication of the Canadian National Monument and exploration of other battlefields in the area.
