- Two Neptune Drive (or the Reuben Cipin Healthy Living Community) is a nine-story, 120-suite condominium building for seniors, which opened in 2001 and is sponsored by Baycrest. Designed to foster an active and independent lifestyle, the condo offers service packages that include such services as, housekeeping and meals. The building also has a library, fitness centre, party rooms and a Sabbath elevator that runs continuously so Orthodox Jews do not have to activate any machinery. Due to its close proximity to the Baycrest Centre, residents have easy access to its various services and programs.
