A number of articles in magazines and loose clippings were donated in both of the Solway accessions. These are kept with the original accessions in two folders. Included in accession # 1988-10-9 are six articles relating to Maurice Solway's career in professional music. Included in accession # 1991-3-3 are a number of original and copied articles, including a photocopy of the European magazine review of Solway's debut as a soloist from 1927, several reviews in CBC publications, various loose articles and published magazines containing articles about or by Maurice Solway.

This accession consists of 95 video cassettes of lectures presented by the Wexner Heritage Foundation at their "Toronto sessions". There are 39 lectures in total, dealing with philosophical and religious based topics as well as one on the history of the Canadian Jewish community. The sessions are set up with a guest speaker at the head of a table facilitating the discussion amongst a group of participants.

Custodial History
These video cassettes were donated to the OJA by the Media Library, however they did not contain the usual coding used by the library. Therefore, their origins are unknown. It is possible that they were once used as a resource by the staff at the Board of Jewish Education.
Administrative History
The Wexner Foundation and the Wexner Heritage Foundation (now part of The Wexner Foundation) were established by Leslie Wexner in 1984. The Wexner Heritage program was designed to provide young American Jewish lay leaders with a two-year intensive Jewish learning program, thus deepening their understanding of Jewish history, values, and texts and enriching their leadership skills. By the end of 2007, over 1500 North American Jewish leaders from 31 cities will have participated in the program.

Admin History/Bio
Page & Steele Architects were responsible for the design and construction of the Spadina and Bloor and Spadina YM-YWHA along with associate architects, Kaplan & Sprachman. The Bloor "Y" was completed in 1952.
The northern building was designed and constructed by W. Sefton & Associates Ltd. Consulting Engineers and Gordon S. Adamson & Associates Architects. The northern building was completed in 1961.
Scope and Content
This sub-series contains records relating to the design and construction of the YM-YWHA at Bloor and Spadina and the YM-YWHA on Bathurst Street in North York. The records include bound specifications detailing the labour, material and building methods for each of the buildings, as well as some architectural drawings of the northern building.
The records are arranged by project.
