Scope and Content
File consists of floor plans, a section, and elevation drawings of a four bedroom, two storey home built for Mr. Jacob Tenenbaum at 43 Turner Road. The home also included a billiards room and a conservatory.
Notes
Mr. Tenenbaum's last name was spelled Tennenbaum on the architectural drawings.

Admin History/Bio
Dr. Samuel Lavine was the first Jewish Doctor to practice in Toronto. He graduated from Trinity University Medical School in 1899 and opened up a practice shortly thereafter. He was one of a group of doctors that helped fulfill the medical needs of the largely immigrant Jewish community.
Scope and Content
File consists of several different schemes for a two or three storey dwelling and garage for Dr. Samuel Lavine at 30 Dunvegan Road. Floor plans, elevations, sketches, sections and detailing of the interior, windows and porch are included.
Notes
Due to the fragility of these drawings, the description is partially based on Speisman's earlier item level descriptions.
Drawings are in six seperate rolls.

Drawings are fragile, some are torn.
