- File consists of correspondence and photographs documenting Mayor Phil Givens' two visits to the construction site of the first Toronto-Dominion Bank Tower. Included is one image of Givens demolishing part of an old building to make way for the TD Tower (1964) and other images of Givens touring the construction site for the building's Topping Off Ceremony on April 14, 1966. Also identified in the photograps is Ernest Leo Kolber, President of CEMP Investments, and Sam Palon, the President and General Manager of TD Bank. Also included is one letter to Givens from Allen T. Lambert, Chairman of the Toronto-Dominion Bank. Some photographs are signed by Kolber.

- The Primrose Club was founded in Toronto in 1907 as the Cosmopolitan Club, an elite Jewish men's social club. In 1959, the club's building at 41 Willcocks Street was expropriated by the University of Toronto (and currently houses the university's Faculty Club), and the club subsequently moved to a new building at Russell Road & St. Clair, designed by Kaplan & Sprachman. It has since been demolished and a condominium has been put up in its place by Ken Rotenberg, a Toronto developer.
