- File contains a recruitment summary; presentation lists and schedules for recruitment in schools; form letters to presenters, participants and school principals; a timeline for the Recruitment Committee; an outline with instructions for presenters; and the "Journey to Jerusalem" poem that was part of presentations. The file also contains a letter written by UJA March coordinator Karen Worb outlining the initial steps of the recruitment committee as of February 9th, 1996. Attached to this letter is the original proposal from the Canadian Zionist Federation for a joint youth program to conclude with an event on the day of the March (i.e. the Festival).

- File contains records documenting the Jerusalem 3000 Festival. Records include correspondence, notes, a notice to vendors and table operator, a timeline of the mainstage performances and a flyer. There is also a memo written by UJA staff coordinator, Karen Worb, to assistant Campaign director, Jeff Springer, outlining some conflict with co-sponsors from the CZF in the planning process. As well, there are 49 photographs taken on the day of the event, including images of facepainting, llamas at the petting zoo, costumed characters, people at the blood drive that was held, speakers and performers onstage and kids asleep in strollers.
