- Minnie came to Kirkland Lake in the 1920s with her father, Elia Dubinsky, a musician, who was hired in Montreal to conduct the orchestra in the Strand Theatre. He and his wife opened Kirkland Lake's first delicatessen called the Tel Aviv.

- This item is a photograph of Anne Dubinsky (Dubin) and Irving Goldstein. Pictured to the left of Anne is her sister, Minnie Dubinsky (Dubin). Pictured to the right of Irving is his brother Harry.
- Notes
