- The Harry Collins Scholarship was created in 1968 by Collins' widow to enable a young Zionist from Ontario to spend a full year of study in Jerusalem at the Machon - Institute for Jewish Youth Leadership from Abroad The scholarship was avialable to Young Judaeans until 1974 and was administered by the Charitable Fund of the Zionist Organization of Canada.
