Included are programmes, correspondence, and photographs of Fred Gardiner (mayor of North York) speaking at a podium, a crowd gathered outside the building, and people looking out the windows in the building. Leslie Frost is also likely captured in the photographs standing with his wife.
- Physical Condition
- The photographs were removed from a scrapbook and still have some glue residue on the verso. Some of the photographs also have bent and missing corners.
