Admin History/Bio
The Officers Committee of the UJWF consisted of: the President, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Immediate Past President, all the Vice-Presidents, the Treasurer and the Honorary Secretary. The Chairman of the Service Counci and the Executive Director were also frequently included. Chairmen of various other committees were also included when meeting agendas contained subjects relevant to their departments. Meetings were generally held monthly. This committee tended to examine issues concerning the relationship of the UJWF with other Toronto Jewish organizations, both affiliated and non-affiliated with the UJWF.
Scope and Content
Series consists of meeting agendas, minutes reports and associated correspondence of the Officers of the UJWF. Records are arranged chronologically.
Notes
Officers Committee meeting minutes, sub-series 6-1 were previously described and cited as RG1-C.
Records documenting the meeting minutes and activities of this committee are CLOSED until they are more than ten years old.

Arrangement
Because records in this sub-series had previously been organized in a manner that proved impossible for use by archivists and researchers, they have been totally rearranged and described to comply with RAD standards, to provide ease of access by researchers, and to fully reflect the activities and organizational history of the Community Relations Committee of the Canadian Jewish Congress during and after the period when it was a joint committee with the B'Nai Brith.

The badge was found in a coat by the brother of Mr. Norm Shulman. Susan Jackson brought it to the OJA on their behalf in 1994.

Physical Condition
The colours of the silk fabric have faded considerably and the metal button and pin are rusting. Some rust has left damage on the silk fabric.
