The bulk of the photographs are photocopies of composite and group images of members; however, there is one original composite photograph of members (1931) and a copy photograph of the Lagov market. Also included is a constitution for the society (1938), copies of articles written by members which outline their memories of Lagov, and a brief meeting report (1997). Records are in English and Yiddish.

- Descriptive Notes
- The date of the photographs was estimated by Ben Kayfetz, whose relatives appear in the photos. However, the date seems to be incorrect. The photograph of the ladies auxiliary appears to be from the 1940s or early 1950s, judging from the clothes worn by the women. The Mozirer Young Women photograph appears to be from the 1920s or 1930s, and the Mozirer Young Men photo appears to be from the 1920s.

- Accession consists of records related to the Drildzer Young Men's Mutual Benefit Society (now known as the Drildzer Congregation and Society of Toronto). Included are several ledger books documenting income and expenditures, membership dues, meeting minutes, and one souvenir booklet commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Young Men's society. Photographs document the executive, the women's auxiliary and membership banquets, picnics and events.
- Administrative History
- The Drildzer Congregation and Society of Toronto was founded on 1 January 1934 as the Drildzer Young Men’s Mutual Benefit Society. It's membership is comprised of descendents of families from the town of Ilza, Poland, known as Drildz to the former Jewish population. The society currently has approximately 150 members covering four generations. The society's board of directors meet monthly and the society holds 4 general meetings each year. Social events such as picnics and Chanukah parties are held yearly. The society participates in fundraising initiatives and maintains the Drildzer section of the Dawes Road cemetery. They recently led the Ilza Historical Cemetery Restoration Project, which saw the restoration of the Jewish cemetery in Ilza.

- Accession consists of one varsity jacket with a YMHA crest, as well as a copper cream and sugar service set in celebration of the society's 50th anniversary in 1958. The items belonged to former member, Marvin Allen.
- Custodial History
- The items were donated by Marlee Petroff, the daughter of Marvin Allen
- Administrative History
- Marvin Allen (1931-1995) was born 15 Jan. 1931 to Percy and Anne Appelbaum. As a child he attended the Palmerston Ave. school and Harbord Collegiate. He then took his chartered accountancy exam though Queen's Univeristy. In 1952, he married Bertha Allen and had four children: Marlee (Petroff), Laruel (Sandler), Kelvin and Jordan. Marvin was introduced to the YMHA society through his friends. He was also a member of Beth Tikvah Synagogue. Marvin died on 5 Feb. 1995 at the age of 64.
- The YMHA Mutual Benefit Society was founded in 1908 and was not affiliated with the YMHA athletic assocation.

- File consists of a photograph of the Stashover Young Men's Society presenting a cheque to the Men's Service Group for the Honour Roll. Identified in the photograph is (left to right): William Rosengarten (Treasurer of the Stashover Young Men's Society and Chairman of the MSG Honour Roll), Gordon Mendly, Issie Brown (President of the Stashover Young Men's Society), Mrs. G. Katz (Chairlady of the Ladies' Auxiliary), and M. Koffman (Vice-President of the Stashover Young Men's Society).

- A note accompanying the photograph stated that the Stashover Society was "the first ones to give money", which suggests this may have been the first donation to the Honour Roll that year, or that the Society was the first to ever make a donation to the Honour Roll.
