There are also table place cards, personalised Grace after Meals booklets, an announcement of the 35th wedding anniversary of Lipa and Fanny Green, and a songbook for the wedding of a family member. The file consists of a promotional flyers for a Purim Festival held at Harbord Collegiate, a bowling event, a Purim carnival, notices of programmes starting at the north branch of the Jewish Comminity Centre, invitations to lectures, a Channukah party, an event for regional chapter leaders, the annual outing day, and rallies.
File contains records relating to the effort to motivate children to collect and turn in their money before the Walk. This includes a letter from a Walk cabinet member, Avi Rodak, about the marketing/recruitment/incentive challenges for the Walk; minutes from a "meeting on encouraging kids to raise more money"; and a list of Walk prizes.
File contains letters to the students who raised the most money for the Walk, from the Walk chairs, inviting them to participate in the ribbon-cutting ceremony on the day of the event. There are also separate letters to their parents, and a form letter to those who turned in their money ahead of time and could receive a free March hat and flag.

Scope and Content
Series consists of records documenting Congregation Beth David's anniversaries and special celebrations. Included are photographs of the groundbreaking and laying of the cornerstone for the new synagogue on Waterloo Street; a photograph of the Congregation's burning of the mortgage celebration; a photograph of the Rapoport family presenting a sefer Torah to Beth David; an invitation and guest list for a testimonial brunch for the Ekstein and Rotberg families; and newsclippings, correspondence, certificates and plaques documenting the congregation's sixtieth, seventieth, and seventy-fifth anniversaries.

This sub-series consists of two files. The two events are an opening at the Park Plaza Hotel and a Pidyon Ha'Ben ceremony for Herbert Solway's son Gary.
Images from the Park Plaza Hotel consist of views of the ballroom, the entertainers, and friends and family enjoying the party. Family members identified are from the Schwartz, Halbert and Wintrob families. Non-family members identified are from the Yolles and Rotenberg families. There are 12 negatives in this file.
