Scope and Content
This file consists of photographs taken during the construction of the northern Y.M.-Y.W.H.A. branch. Included are images of the surrounding land and river and some images of the completed building and parking lot. There are also some photographic copies of artistic renderings of the interior of the building, photographs of individuals looking at architectural plans and drawings of the new building -- including the visiting Israeli tennis team -- and a copy drawing of the original architectural proposal. There are also some images of the Building Committee and a fundraising meeting at the home of Sam Granatstein.
Identified individuals include Ben Shore, Dorothy Shore, Stephen Shore, John Shore, Percy Hermant, Gordon A. Adamson (architect), Lou Posluns, Sam Granatstein, Paul Granatstein, Alex Fisher, E. I. This file consists of photographs of the groundbreaking ceremonies for the northern Y.M.-Y.W.H.A. held in the winter of 1958. The photographs depict invited dignitaries and members of the executive reciting speeches at the podium. The photographs were used in the Y-Time newspaper.
Identified individuals in the photographs include Fred Gardiner, Rabbi Abraham Feinberg, Charles Draimin, Vernon Singer, Sam Granatstein, Ellis I. Shapiro, Samuel Factor M.P., H. Max Swartz and Nathan Phillips.

Also included are floor plans for the cantor's home at 126 Cline Ave. and the Ritualarium (Mikvah) at 11 Cline Ave.

Scope and Content
This series consists of glass lantern slides used in public presentations during the Combined Building Campaign for a new Jewish Community Centre. The images show the old Brunswick Avenue facilities, children and youth engaged in sports and other activities, as well as some images of the residents of the Jewish Old Folks' Home on Cecil Street.
Notes
Copy prints and negatives were made from the slides when they were donated to the archives in April 1988.

Scope and Content
Accession consists of three photographs. One photo is of a group of canvassers seated at a meeting for UJWF's Women's Division (1950). The Division broke its area down into districts, which appear on poster boards at the back of the room. The other two photographs appear to date from the 1960s and were taken in Israel. On the reverse side of a photo with three people is the name Prof. Lillian Kingstone, ORT and the other photo depicts Golda Meir, David Ben-Gurion and Aba Eban seated, along with others.

Scope and Content
This file contains two copies of the 1937 annual edition, one copy of the 1938 annual edition and one copy of the 1939 annual edition of the Y-Times. There are also some clippings from 1936 and 1937 issues.
