File consists of invitations, programmes, correspondence, photographs and newspaper clippings documenting the first Theatre Night organized by the Women's Auxiliary. Identified in the photographs is Dora Till, Don Cornell, Pam Sullivan, and Hilda Copeland.
File consists of meeting notices and reports documenting the Women's Corps of Baycrest's Building Expansion Fund, which was created to help raise funds for the expansion of the Jewish Home for the Aged and Baycrest hospital.

The Treasury Gifts Committee established a "Tree of Life" around 1972 to honour organizations that have made donations. Names of donors who donated at least $200.00 were inscribed on the leaves of the tree.

Included is correspondence, financial and general reports, lottery meeting notices, flyers, lottery telethon notices, lists of winners, minutes of the Lottery 4 Planning Committee, a certificate, lists of canvassers, and photographs of lottery telethon volunteers at work. The Sabbath and Festival Lights project was a fundraising project initiated in 1967. Through donations made in honour of a loved one or to mark a special occasion, lights were placed in each residents room in Baycrest Centre.
