- File consists of documents related to the issue of censorship and anti-Communist broadcasts at the CBC, as well as the mandate of Radio Canada International to present Canadian issues via shortwave radio to the Soviet Union. The file contains primarily correspondence of the CJC and National Committee for Soviet Jewry executive, as well as documents related to Felix Yaroshevsky's broadcasts concerning the issue of Soviet Jewry in the U.S.S.R.
