- Admin History/Bio
- Young Judaea is a national Zionist youth movement for Canadian youth founded in 1909 by members of the Herzl Zion Club. It is committed to instilling Jewish values, fostering a sense of Jewish identity and a lifelong commitment to Israel among Jewish Canadian youth. This is achieved through the regional administration and operation of summer camps and a leadership training institute, conventions, conferences and local chapter clubs.
- In order to foster a closer connection to Israel, Canadian Young Judaea employs Shlichim from Israel who are posted to Jewish communities and to offices at the regional level. The Central Region operates 2 summer camps - Camp Solelim and Camp Shalom. It also participates in the operation of Camp Biluim, the national leadership training institute for Canadian Young Judaea.
