- Faye Tanenbaum [née Sager] was married to Joseph Tanenbaum and they had three children: Wayne, Francis, and Estherelke. Faye was president of Beth Tzedec sisterhood, Past Director Chairman for United Jewish Appeal, Past Board Member, New Mount Sinai Hospital, National Council Jewish Women, Jewish Home for the Aged and Baycrest Hospital. She organized the first class in braille in Toronto at the CNIB under the auspices of the Women's League United Synagogues of America. She received the Community Award for leadership on behalf of Torah from the Jewish Theological Seminary.
