- Born in Odessa, Vladimir Jabotinski (1880-1940) was a Zionist leader notable for founding the Revionist movement within Zionism. In 1926, he travelled to Canada under the sponsorship of the Hebrew Veterans Association.
- Scope and Content
- File consists of a photograph of Vladimir Jabotinski in the uniform of Jewish Legion soldier. It was given to John Glass on the occasion of Jabotinsky's Toronto speaking tour in 1926. Faintly visible on the bottom right of the photograph is an inscription that reads, "To John J. with respect & fondness for a good friend V. Jabotinski."
