This file contains the specifications for the YM-YWHA on Bathurst Street, prepared by Gordon S. Adamson & Associates Architects and Harry B. Kohl. The specifications include written reports on the labour and materials needed for each step of the construction and demolition process, as well as an outline of the architect's and contractor's responsibilities. There are also some detail and mechanical drawings included as reference.

The file also contains a supplementary volume with written reports dedicated to the installation of all the aluminum work.

This file contains textual records and graphic material documenting the dedication ceremonies of the northern branch of the YM-YWHA on Bathurst Street. The textual records include invitations, publicity booklets, correspondence, meeting minutes of the Executive Committee, speeches and ceremony itineraries. The photographs are of several individuals from the executive, the northern building fund campaign, or invited dignitaries speaking at the podium, and a few crowd shots.

This file contains twenty-two architectural drawings of the northern YM-YWHA building, created by W. Sefton & Associates Ltd. Consulting Engineers and Gordon S. Adamson & Associates Architects. The drawings detail the facilities and grounds, including the shower rooms, the fire alarm system, the swimming pool, and aspects of the building's foundation and masonry. The drawings are to scale.

This item is a glass slide of the men's YMHA basketball team playing the men's Central YMCA basketball team in the Central "Y" gymnasium. There are many spectators in the gym, both on the ground floor and looking over the railing from the track on the second floor.
