The party was thrown for Grossman by the Zionist Organization of Canada, Central Region, and was held at the Regency Towers.
The images depict Grossman and his wife cutting the cake, David Peters giving a speech and presenting Grossman with a certificate, Grossman and his wife responding to the presentation, and several group photographs of Grossman with the members of ZOC.
