- File contains agendas, notes and minutes from meetings evaluating the checkpoints, lunch stop and overall aspects of the the Walk. There is also an individual letter from one of the volunteers offering feedback and a thank you letter from the North York Harvest Food bank, which received the leftover food from the Festival. As well, there is an evaluation outline that includes statistics for walks 1987 through 1993. These statistics, which range from 117 000 to 207 800, appear to be the amount of money raised each year.
