- The Officers Committee of the UJWF consisted of: the President, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Immediate Past President, all the Vice-Presidents, the Treasurer and the Honorary Secretary. The Chairman of the Service Counci and the Executive Director were also frequently included. Chairmen of various other committees were also included when meeting agendas contained subjects relevant to their departments. Meetings were generally held monthly. This committee tended to examine issues concerning the relationship of the UJWF with other Toronto Jewish organizations, both affiliated and non-affiliated with the UJWF.

- Series consists of meeting agendas, minutes reports and associated correspondence of the Officers of the UJWF. Records are arranged chronologically.
