- Sub-series consists of correspondence maintained in the central registry file system of the JIAS Central Region office. It contains letters exchanged with other agencies and individuals, and well as with the National JIAS headquarters in Montreal and the Western Region office in Winnipeg. Sub-series also contains files named for JIAS presidents and executive members, which contain incoming and outgoing correspondence created by, and in some cases about, the individual.
