The District Committee of Ostrowiec, likely established by surviving Ostrovtzers after the Second World War, relayed information about surviving Ostrovtzers living in Ostrowiec, surrounding areas, and elsewhere in Europe. Aaron Friedenthal was the committee chairman in 1945.

Sub-series consists of correspondence from the District Committee of Ostrowiec providing information about Ostrovtzers and their whereabouts.
