- Accession consists of a 1962 publicity booklet for the Jewish Public Library of Toronto (Glen Park and Glenmount) and memorabilia pertaining to the passing and the estate of Elsig Shiffer in 1949. These include bills for his funeral at the Hebrew Funeral Parlour on College Street, his monument, Dominion of Canada succession duties, income tax preparation, newspaper subscription, as well as receipts for contributions by his estate to the Jewish Old Folks Home (Cecil Street) and Mount Sinai Hospital on Yorkville Avenue.
