Series consists of records documenting the Koffler Centre art exhibitions. Included are catalogues highlighting works by the artist, artist statements, bios and CVs, promotional material for Koffler Gallery and off-site exhibits, press releases and clippings, art reviews, exhibit program guides, exhibit proposals, program overviews, correspondence, legal contracts with artists, photographs and slides of works by the artist.
The file consists of correspondence concerning participation in an art auction held during an art exhibition and requests for interview times on the Shalom television programme. The file also includes price lists of art works donated to the exhibition.
File consists of programs, the text of a speech, and a media list for the opening of the exhibition Liberation, Survival and Freedom: A Tribute to the Allied Armed Services and the 250,000 Survivors of the Holocaust.

File consists of memorandums of agreement for artworks on loan to the Koffler Gallery's Regarding Landscape exhibit, correspondence, a list of artists and their works, a media release, artist bios, a proposal for the exhibit, a press release, a catalogue highlighting works by Leiderstam and 34 slides of exhibit works.
File consists of a photograph correspondence, panel text, draft survivor biographies, and opening reception invitations for the We Who Survived photo exhibition in the Holocaust Education Centre.

Scope and Content
File consists of three medals (with ornamental stands) awarded to Mayor Phil Givens for participating as a guest speaker at the CNE. On one side of all medals is the inscription awarding Givens the medal, and on the opposite side of each medal is the image of a different person. The individuals captured on the medals include: Lester B. Pearson, Lord Thomson of Fleet and the Lieutenant Governor of Canada, W. Earl Rowe.

The file consists of photographs taken at the art exhibition held during the 38th national convention in Toronto. Mr. Dov Safrai, director of the Safrai Art Gallery of Jerusalem supervised the exhibition of art that featured artists such as Yitzhak Pugatch, Yona Mach, Yossi Stern, Ruth Schloss, Isadore Ashhiem and Abraham Goldberg.
The photograph was taken on 9 Sept. 1949. Pictured are members of the Solway String Quartet: Maurice Solway and Jacob Groob (violins), Robert Warburton (viola) and Marcus Adeney (cello). On the back of the photograph the personnel are written in pencil, along with the inscription "Solway String Quartet - played at the Exhibition Shell before 40 000 people".
