- File contains records documenting the work of the Recruitment Committee. The records include agendas and minutes, outgoing letters, talking points for presenters at schools, a March for Israel poem, a schedule of drop-offs of sponsorship kits and locked collection boxes and a presentation list and schedule. There is also an information package of textual and visual resources on tzedakah and the theme "so no Jew stands alone." This includes documents that discuss rescue and resettlement, fundraising for Israel, and the crisis of Ethiopian Jews and Jews from Sarajevo. The file also includes copies of a flyer and a quarter-page advertisement.

The file also contains a letter written by UJA March coordinator Karen Worb outlining the initial steps of the recruitment committee as of February 9th, 1996. Attached to this letter is the original proposal from the Canadian Zionist Federation for a joint youth program to conclude with an event on the day of the March (i.e. the Festival).
