There are also 56 photographs (prints and matching negatives) of the petting zoo, a caricaturist, face painting, a Reena booth, the Barney character with children, and the barbecue lunch.

- File contains records documenting the Jerusalem 3000 Festival. Records include correspondence, notes, a notice to vendors and table operator, a timeline of the mainstage performances and a flyer. There is also a memo written by UJA staff coordinator, Karen Worb, to assistant Campaign director, Jeff Springer, outlining some conflict with co-sponsors from the CZF in the planning process. As well, there are 49 photographs taken on the day of the event, including images of facepainting, llamas at the petting zoo, costumed characters, people at the blood drive that was held, speakers and performers onstage and kids asleep in strollers.

- The Festival Committee's goal was to ensure that each Jewish holiday was a joyful celebration for residents and patients and to enrich their religious and cultural life. The committee sponsored four events each year: Purim, Mother's and Father's Day (often held in conjunction with Shavuot), Sukkot, and Hanukkah. Planning for each event typically began six weeks in advance and a finalizing meeting was usually held ten days prior to the event. Once the event was over, the Committee held an evaluation meeting. Residents and volunteers helped Committee members prepare decorations and other items for the events.

- Sub-series consists photographs and textual records documenting the activities and programs of the Women's Auxiliary's Festival Committee. Included are meeting notices and minutes, program notices, reports, speeches, correspondence, financial records, lists of committee members, invitations, event programmes, and photographs.

The images are of fire trucks on display, the petting zoo, people under the marquee with organizations' booths on display, the midway rides, a juggler performing, and a crowd of people at the central booth with the Festival attractions in the background. File also contains a photocopied photograph of three elephants and their trainer performing to a crowd of onlookers behind the BJCC.
