Scope and Content
Accession consists of six binders containing communications items created by the Creative/Communications department of UJA. The records include invitations, flyers, bulletins and programmes. They were produced for events of Annual Campaign, various Divisions, Top Gifts, Major Gifts, Women's Campaign, Impact Toronto, Leadership, missions, telethons and tribute cards. There is also a canvasser training package ("canvasser motivation"). Additional marketing materials include a Wierzbniker Friendly Mutual Benefit Society 50th Jublilee (1984) which includes a history of the organization.
Use Conditions
UJA Federation meeting minutes and general correspondence are closed for 10 years from date of creation. Contracts and donor agreements are permanently closed.

Also in the file is a sample coupon for participants to present at registration. If they raised $36, they received an admission pass to Ontario Place, a Funwalk hat and a passport. Greater amounts had additional incentives.

Series consists of five files related to the Harris and Geldzaeler families. Included are reference materials related to Samuel and Sarah Harris, Samuel Aaron Harris, Judge Sydney Harris, Mark Geldzaeler, and Albert Rose. The documentation includes items such as: copies of newsclippings, Toronto Directory listings, obituaries, biographies, publications by Mark Geldzaeler and Dr. Ellen Scheinberg, and a transcript from an interview with Samuel Aaron Harris undertaken in 1973.

Scope and Content
File consists of research material and jot notes of David Pinkus’ genealogical research. Research material includes magazine clippings; leaflets; and printed copies of web articles, newspaper clippings, book chapters, historic photographs, and identification documents. Also included are a book named Mother’s Memoir and Family Recollections by Mirl Fish Kelman and documents containing histories of different families. Most of David’s notes were written on paper slips, empty envelopes, loose-leaf paper, and the Kiever’s High Holy Days service cards. Some of his notes were written in the margins of the research documents.
