Included are reports regarding prospective and active volunteers, and the dissolution of the Blue Smock volunteer service. Of note is a report by volunteer Mrs. Frankel describing how and why she became a volunteer, and a study on the "Present Use of Volunteers and the Potential Opportunities for Volunteer Service at the Jewish Home for the Aged and Baycrest Hospital" (1955).
