- Mrs. Chana (Ann) [unintelligible] was raised in the Betar Organization.
- Mr. Max Abella was born in 1895 in Pinczów, near Kielce, Poland. He moved to Canada in 1922 and was a member of Poale Zion. He was the father of Malka Siegel.
- Mr. Henry Weingluck was born in 1917 in Zawiercie, Poland and moved to Canada in 1940.
- Chazzan J. Weiss was born in 1922 in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia (now Slovakia). He moved to Canada in 1948 and was cantor at the Clanton Park Synagogue, Toronto.

- Item consists of recorded sessions with Mrs. Bela Chaikoff; Mrs. Sarah Weingarten; Mr. Shaye Braun; Mr. Charles Goodman; Mr. Joshua Abramczyk, Mrs. Chana (Ann) [?], who explains at the beginning the Goldfaden Songs (Bar Kokhba); Mr. Max Abella; Mr. A. Z. Sokol; Mr. Tovya Berkovitch; Mr. Henry Weingluck, who sings in a cantorial mode, as heard in his yeshiva; and Chazzan J. Weiss.

- Scope & Content: Track 1 contains DN 19; track 2 contains DN 20 and side one of DN 21.
