- Scope and Content
- Item consists of a recording of Ben Kayfetz's segment. He regrets that he is not able to give a full report about the second Zündel trial, since the proceedings are not reportable before the jury is chosen, but gives a brief report about what is permitted, focusing on the judge, prosecutor, and defense lawyer. He also briefly mentions the Mahmoud Mohammad Issa Mohammad case and compares it to the Nazi officials who escaped to several countries around the world. Finally, he favourably comments on the Canadian and US media coverage given to the John Demjanjuk trial taking place in Israel and to another case of unintelligible name.
