Kayfetz, executive director of the Joint Community Relations Committee. The letter concerns an upcoming meeting of the Canadian Institute of International Affairs scheduled to take place in Windsor, Ontario, on 29 February. Expected to attend the meeting was Ibrahim Shukrallah, director of the Arab Information Centre in Ottawa.
