- Item is a memorandum sent to Sydney M. Harris, chairman of the Canadian Jewish Congress Central Region, from B. G. Kayfetz regarding an editorial that appeared in the Vochenblatt. In the memorandum, Kayfetz calls Harris's attention to several facts that relate to the editorial. Much of the controversy pertains to the United Jewish Peoples' Order (UJPO)'s identity as a "Communist-front organization," which UJPO disputed.
