- File consists of a letter from the Jewish Agent Circle "Ostrowiec" in Argentina to the Ostrovtzer Aid Society of the American Countires. This letter was written to the attendees of the Ostrovtzer Society conference held in Toronto in September 1946. The writer emphaszies the need for rescue work for Holocaust survivors and advocates for the reestablishment of Jewish life and the fight for Jewish rights. File also contains a typed translation.
